I’ve been using CeraVe salicylic acid cleanser for weeks now and saw no difference in my sebaceous filaments, but after literally just one wash with this cleanser I already noticed a change! It feels gentle on the skin, although it’s a bit sticky when emulsified, and it doesn’t have much of a smell to it. I rubbed it into my skin for 60 seconds after an oil cleanse and it pulled out quite a lot of my sebaceous filaments. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who struggles with them

Was recommended by my dermatologist. It is very soothing and easy on the skin compared to benzoyl peroxide, but still very affective at stopping acne.
