Nice thin and smooth liquid when made
I love raspberry and blueberry so this is for me. Easy to mix in a shaker it’s not thick in fact quite thin. Tastes nice. It does really help if you are on a diet. I use one shake around 11am and this suits me until dinner time. If I need to snack it doesn’t interfere with my calorie intake. You can do two in a day but I find one is sufficient.

Tastes much better than Lighter Life shakes and are a fraction of the cost 300ml water is added so volume is greater too making you feel full All nutrients are contained in the shake - Nupon can be used with other products so you can have 4 to 6 servings a day as a very restricted calorie controlled diet plan Advised not to take more than 12 weeks and must consult a Dr before commencing

Dissatisfied
This item was not cheap and it came in a ripped open box with no consideration of the packaging !! Not happy with that so will buy elsewhere next time as it’s not good when u pay for a service !!

Tasty meal substitute.
Really good product, they are so tasty. Easy to make up, and easier to drink.

Quite costly and didn't taste of much.
I bought these as was put on a 30day liquid diet as I have health issues and don't tolerate milk went for these I understand they aren't solely for all meals just as well as are like a very light drink not a meal and not cheap ,tasted ok but hoped for a stronger taste.

Meal replacement shake
Very nice flavour however 1 drawback is a minor 1 and that is it's a bit too sweet for my liking if they adjusted it slightly and made it less sweeter it would be perfect so next time I'm going 2try the coffee flavour.

It’s too sweat and smells and tastes like artificial flavour. Before buying this product I ate optifast with chocolate and caramel flavours. They tasted so much better, they are more creamy and make you feel full more. Also they have soy ingredients which I know is not good for hypothyroidism.
