Seat is extremely sturdy & well worth the money. Very easy to install. Done in a matter of minutes!

Stays in place, unlike my other seats. Easy to clean. Nice slow closure; no slamming.

Purchased this is February of this year, and it had done wonderfully, staying put where all others have failed. The seat itself is fantastic, very comfortable, and easy to install and adjust. The soft close feature failed on me recently, which is a bummer. I searched for a way to contact the manufacturer directly, but with no success. Will likely buy again regardless of the one issue.

I had an issue and they resloved it with no issues.

I have never seen a more poorly designed toilet seat connection system in my long life. I received a bunch of plactic parts and rubber gaskets that neither fitted together properly or would have held the seat to the toilet. Do not buy this product under any circumstances! Returning.

I’ve broken a few seats, needed something durable, not some plastic or faulty wood. Now coming on a year and change and is perfect , I did get the metal screws you have to get separately.

Complicated mounting system, designed to fit multiple toilet style is not strong enough for regular use. The Plastic bolts get misaligned easily and the whole top assembly slides out of the hinge. Have tried realigning/tightening per the guides. Too complicated for it's own good.

Washers are plastic and does not securely attach seat to the toilet. It will just be a matter of weeks before I have to tighten the screw again to stop the seat movement. A couple of different size washers would make a big difference, if the manufacturer would include in the package, in securing the movement. The seat does not perform to the intended use. It will need to be adjusted periodically so it will not break or crack the seat.
