RoomMates RMK1439SLM Happi Scroll Tree Peel and Stick Wall Decals

This product is fantastic. It was my first time buying wall decals like these - with my two elder boys, we always just painted their rooms. But with our new little girl on the way we decided to try something new. I am blown away by how amazing they look on the walls. Personally, we have got off-white walls and I think these colours really stand out against that. Every piece in this particular package is pre-cut perfectly, and numbered with a picture guide. They are also completely removable and repositionable ... whilst we own our own home, I can definitely say 100% that these would be fantastic for renters, and cheaper than painting! It's also a great way to update as kids get older, without it being a huge tiresome job.A few notes and tips to ensure your expectations for this product are correct before purchasing:1. Remove stickers from the sheets gently ... if you are not gentle, they may tear - it's as easy as that and I don't think some reviews are fair when they say this is a problem with the product because it's not ... if it tears at all, it is user error and nothing else.2. When applying the stickers to the wall or surface, take it slow and don't try to manipulate the sticker ... just sweep your hand across it gently and it will go where it needs to go, on it's own.3. Don't expect the end result to be EXACTLY the same as the picture. It won't be, unless you take hours and hours with it. It will be a very similar likeness, and will look fantastic regardless of whether you put the flower in the exact right position or not. In fact - I mixed it up a bit with mine. I had my baby's cot placed up against the wall, and I put the tree trunk to the right side of the cot so that the branch with owls on it swept across the top of baby's cot. It will give her something lovely to look at each morning .... but then it meant if I put the animals & flowers at the bottom as pictured, they would be behind her cot ... so I put them over to the other side of her cot instead in my own arrangement. I then used the Heart-topped flower on top of a power socket (as if it's sprouting out) and another of the flowers on another wall, next to the light switch. The point is, be adventurous and flexible with it ... make your own design.4. If you need to remove them, do it slowly and carefully and there will be no problem whatsoever. Again, some reviews unfairly drop marks or say that they break or leave residue ... they absolutely do not. But you have to be patient and not try to rip them off fast!5. I have only used them on a smooth surface ... I have no idea whether they would adhere properly to a textured surface, but personally I wouldn't recommend it. They adhere fantastically to a smooth, plaster wall and look amazing. Just follow the instructions and make sure it is smooth, dry and clean to begin with.6. They do not come in one piece ... they come in many pieces, as the description states. You need to bring out your patient, artistic side to put these up and allow about 1.5 hours ... enjoy it with some music and a glass of wine!7. Don't let hubby do it.I hope this helps to dispel some of the misconceptions or doubts some people may have about the product. It is really very impressive in my baby's room - I got other matching sets as well and put them around the room (mixed with some other 3D butterfly stickers), and used all the colours (yellows, teal, pink, green, and even the 'wood' colour) to make an eclectic mixed colour theme in my new baby girl's room which features in particular birds and owls. I only wish I could post pictures for you to see! THUMBS UP.

My husband and I knew we wanted to create a fun, colorful, comfortable room for our 18 month old daughter, but the quality of these wall decals blew us away. I was grateful that I'd taken the time to read the instructions and some of the reviews beforehand, because I'm certain that they saved us from any hasty accidents while we applied the stickers. We peeled all of them off carefully and slowly and didn't have a single rip from the sheet. Once I showed my husband how to apply the sticker -- starting from an end and gently, slowly pressing it against the wall and letting the sticker dictate its own shape -- we had no trouble getting these up together. I loved that despite the general pattern you see in the images, we were still able to get away with a fair amount of customization of where the flowers, leaves, and animals were positioned, and even were able to move around some of the tree branches. For those concerned about wall texture, we live in an apartment with not-smooth walls, though not heavily textured either, and these stuck fast without any issue. We also live in the high-humidity of the Gulf Coast, and haven't experienced any issues with the adhesive not working properly, at least not as of yet. My only word of advice for these decals, as we discovered first hand, is that while they do peel off the walls very easily (once you get a fingernail under an edge) if the stickers are stuck to each other the risk of tearing goes up ten-fold. One miss-placed flower had to be left where it was when my attempt to peel it from the tree began to rip the branch underneath it, so I was forced to leave it be. Overall we are extremely pleased with this purchase, and our daughter is completely enamored with her new wall decorations.

I ordered this product for a Christmas for my daughters' room. It was extremely easy to use and I had no problem sticking and re-sticking the pieces. I even had my 2.5 yr old help me with my infant daughter in the room playing and I still found putting it up easy. The pieces are labeled with numbers that correspond to a picture with the numbers, although the picture is small and the numbers are difficult to read, you get the basic idea of how the pieces go and after assembling the tree, we decided where to put everything pretty much on our own. Besides being easy to manipulate, the best part is that it looks awesome. The material is almost like a vinyl and it looks like a good quality mural on their walls. The walls are a little textured but I found no problem with the pieces sticking or being removable. All in all there are 80 pcs ( a few extra that aren't shown on the picture) and even though a piece got ripped (the squirrel's tail to specific) we put it on and you can't even tell. Love this and would totally recommend it!

I was a little hesitant when I ordered this because I wasn't sure how it would look in person, but at such a good price, I decided to order it anyway. I am so glad I got it! It is made of high quality vinyl that doesn't tear or stretch when applying to the wall. It also comes with a few extra decals to add into some of the blank areas. It took less than 30 minutes to put up, once it was up I decided I wanted it on a different wall. It easily peeled off and applied great to the other wall. My walls are textured and it still applied perfectly and looks wonderful. A couple of the flowers are white, so on white walls, they blend into the wall a little, but other than that, everything was perfect. I was worried the decals, especially the animals would look tacky, but they are really adorable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an adorable wall decal!
