The molds work well and are easy to use. However, I personally prefer the floral shapes and patterns from another set I bought. Overall still a good product!

I didn’t make mooncakes, but I did make pineapple cakes using these molds. The cakes came out looking like the flower pictured (which is amazing for a novice baker like myself). I did have to lightly flour the dough to prevent it from sticking to the mold prior pressing. After using the unit was very easy to clean. I can’t wait to use again

I used these flower molds for Lunar New Year snow skin moon cake molds. They worked very well. My only advice is to use less than 50g of dough/filling. I probably used 15-20g of each (I wasn't very specific) and they worked perfectly. I did have to flour the dough ball and the mold before using them together, as to discourage them from getting stuck. If you put too much filling and dough into the mold the dough and possibly some filling will spill out. If you are careful you may be able to cut off the excess and salvage it, but otherwise, it will not be good for storing.

Pretty! I love this press, and I can't make mooncakes to save my life. I use it to make cookies, but once I get the cakes down it'll be even better.

good product value for money

I made mooncakes for hanami (okay, totally wrong, I know) using a sakura bean paste filling, and they turned out really well. I'll have to up my pastry-making game, but the cakes came out of the mould perfectly. I found that dusting the mould's interior with flour rather than using oil helped to release them better. The gadget dismantles completely for easy cleaning. It was so quick and effortless that I plan to make more mooncakes at completely wrong times of the year because they're great little treats and look fantastic on a plate. This mould is the perfect size.

I use it to make Polvorónes de Almendra! The shapes are so beautiful, and changing the design is super easy. When I make traditional sweets, I use two different stamps to indicate my vegetarian and vegan options. Cleaning the press and the stamps is a bit tedious, I will admit that much, but looking at the results, it is well worth the hassle. 5 Stars.
