I have always loved crimped hair right from when I was very little, my mum said it was a very popular style in the 70,s and 80,s finally it is slowly comeing back in to fashion! I ordered these Babyliss hair crimpers as I had been wanting some for such a long time, when they arrived I was soo excited to try them out!!! I have seriously thick hair and was worried these crimpers wouldn't work properly on my hair. but they were a huge sucsess and the style looks perfect on me!!! Because my hair is thick I had to use the highest heat setting, where as if you have very fine hair I would recommend useing the lowest heat settings. They are very good quality and would be good for any hair type, when I crimped my whole head of hair the crimps held well and stayed in for 4 whole days!!! the crimpers only take between 8 to 10 minits to fully heat up, they have a spinning dial to change the heat from low to high and a very clear (on) and (off) button. People are saying there is a fault with the design where they dont stand up propley, for me that is not a problem they sit very comfortably on there side! The crimped style is good for partys but also good for just casual, it creates a very unique looks that Im sure Kids, teens and adults will love!!! dont hesitate to buy this product they are really good quality and great for the money I can not find any faults:)

Bit annoyed cause I bought these for £20 really recently and now they've been reduced to £11 :( But I would say DEFINITELY buy these when they're this cheap! They were well worth my £20. The ridges in the plates are quite big so it doesn't make your hair frizz but it properly crimps it. It heats up in about two minutes and it has an indicator light that tells you when you've reached the optimum temperature. Comes with instructions for use and tips on different styles you can use it for. The crimp lasts for two days and stays shiny the whole time. Good for thick and thin hair. REMEMBER TO USE HEAT PROTECTOR, otherwise regular crimping is really bad for your hair. They arrive very quickly and no damage done in the post, and there's a three year guarantee, which is a LONG time for a beauty product! THE ONE BAD THING: They don't come with a heat mat, so I'm left sitting there after I'm finished waiting for them to cool down :P Bit of a pain.

In my opinion, it is a wonderful item for every woman to have and use. BaByliss is an international trade mark, and you can be sure it means quality and satisfaction in every-day use. This product is really easy to use! First you need to plug it in, than wait for about 3-5 min to heat - and it is ready to be used. Make sure your hair is dry enough before starting. You can achieve great volume to your hair for only 15 min, a volume that can last all day long, or even 2 days long /using a bit of hair spray too/. Start from the back of your head, from the hair which is nearest to the back of your neck. Just pick a strand that is not too thin, not too thick, press for a couple of seconds, repeat if you wish two times on the length, and there you go - you have wonderful 'waffles'. Tousle a little bit - and you have a splendid volume, added to your hair. I'm still a beginner using it, so it takes me more than 15 min /let's say about 20-25/, but every time I get quicker using it /my hair is straight and long up to my shoulders/. The beauty needs some sacrifice after all! And I mean every woman needs time to look beautiful. Enjoy!

Last ones lasted 14 yrs, glad they still sell this style 👍 Good low heat if you use occasional colour hair extensions and higher for long lasting crimp on natural hair.

My daughter has a new fitbit. I have new crimpers. She is modern, and I am still in the 80s. The routine then was very special - first use loads of hairspray. Let crimpers heat up and then heat up some more, ideally they needed to be roughly the heat of volcanic spume. Apply to section of hair, grip, hold. There should be a loud hiss and smoke. Remove crimpers. Hair should now be ripplywibbly yet solid. Repeat until hair is a mass of rock hard wibbles. Spray more hairspray. Tip head forward, shake head vigorously. Gently tease a few clumps of solid hair apart. Sit up, backcomb as needed, spray more hairspray. Obviously I am NOT recommending doing it that way! Apart from frying your hair it left the crimpers totally clagged with yuk. These new ones are perfect crimpers for me - the heat setting dial is tricky to see , that's the only negative so far - oh, they also don't lie flat. Crimpy-wise they are spot on. They heat up very quickly, crimp easily and effectively, are lightweight and easy to hold and I cannot find anything about them that stops me recommending them. I love them, and I love my crimped hair!

I purchased this hair crimper as ive wanted a crimper for ages and in the past when I was looking to buy this crimper it was sold out, so I was pleased to see it back in stock & with speedy delivery. Naturally, on its arrival I was keen to try it out, which i did, and to be honest I was really disappointed. I have quite thick hair so to crimp it I have to take small sections at a time, however the result wasn't nicely crimped hair, I feel the crimping blades are too thin, to give a close thin crimp, & because of that, it just produces a finely crimped more frizzy/volumised result, which is great if you have thin hair and are wanting some extra volume, but I didn't feel this was suited to my thicker hair. Also, it did arrive speedily, which was great, as I was excited to try it out, yet I wasnt overly impressed with its quality, as it felt like its made from cheap plastic, & too plasticy, if that makes sense. Hence why I'm returning this crimper for a refund. I wouldnt recommend this hair crimper. There are more to choose from here on Amazon, some of which have interchangeable crimping blades, so it be worth trying out a different set of crimper, if hair crimper is what you are after. I deffo wouldnt purchase these again.

Le délais de livraison est super rapide, petit plus non négligeable il est livré avec un adaptateur de prise. Je suis agréablement surprise du produit pour son prix il remplit parfaitement sa fonction. J'en suis très satisfaite !

Wie alles von BaByliss funktioniert auch der Crimper hervorragend. wirklich toll. Ich nutze ihr recht häufig. er liegt gut in der Hand und ist nicht so riesig wie viele andere Haarglätter.

Non e primo prodotto babyliss che ordino e sono sempre contenta per la qualità. Non danneggia molto i capelli , si può regolare la temperatura . Unica cosa che non c'era scritto - la presa e di UK, dovevo comprare un trasformatore. Per il resto sono soddisfatta
