Bottle was a little smushed but that’s not the manufacturers fault, that’s Amazon. Taste like nothing as expected, longevity is good and stays fresh and lasts for ages. Color is healthy, texture as expected and good quality. Great brand, value and choice for flax seed.

This item has been going the distance. The taste is mild and nutty depending how much you use. It's not gritty and I have used in yogurt and tea. I'm sure you can mix with other dishes. I like that it's consistently pre ground so you don't have to deal with it. I felt like after adding this to my daily intake, I've had a slight bit more energy. I would suggest.
