Is there a dc power adapter that should have come with the unit? i only received a usb cable.

Can I control the probe's settings through third party applications?

is there a model without cloud? there is no internet in location

Hello there, The device continues to work in the location where there is no internet. You can set it up under network condition, then take it to the site to measure temperature. It has internal memory that can stores up to 300000 data readings. After a period of time, you can take it back to the network condition to upload the data to the cloud.
