High quality product with excellent results. It’s fat soluble for better absorption and provides cells a better ability to produce their own energy naturally. It’s also helping my memory, cognitive and thinking abilities with better short and long term memory. I take 600mg in the morning and 300mg around dinner time to extend and balance my levels. To me the key is taking it at least twice a day (even lower dose than me) and taking it with any fat. I use nuts or seeds mostly.

How can you go wrong. There Benfotiamine pills are inexpensive and effective.

Using this for neuropathy for years

As an older person I was concerned about bone density and read that This FAT soluble TYPE was better then the other type...I have not been taking it long enough to tell but the vendor was accurate regarding what they advertised.

It seems to do what it's supposed to.

WOULD BENEFIT ME A LOT MORE IF I TOO 3-5 X RECOMMENDED DOSAGE, CONSULT PHYSICIAN BEFORE TAKING THAT MUCH IT'S FAT SOLUBLE SO FAR MORE BENEFICIAL TO THE HUMAN BODY, FASTER W/ A LOT LESS TO DO A LOT MORE BENEFIT IN GOD WE TRUST

Great quality and value. The potency is awesome and when I talk a half capsule, I noticed a difference in energy and clarity straight away.

Thankfully this doesn't stink to high heaven like some B Vits I've tried to take in the past (and ended up binning). I'm taking twice the dose, two capsules every day spread throughout the day or that is the plan. This is to help me with high pressure in both my eyes and as suggested by Dr Berg from YouTube. I will see how I go. So far no neon yellow pee meaning that I'm just letting go of excess. All good so far. Easy to swallow.
