I have found this vendor to be a high quality supplier on many supplement types. There are many forms of magnesium salts, but Magnesium citrate is a good choice if blood pH control is also a factor, and if one needs to balance out against other supplements or even foods- it provides alkalizing properties, just like the often used Potassium Citrate, but does so while contributing magnesium to the body. Oral potassium citrate is often used for blood pH support when dealing with some kidney issues, like renal tubular acidosis in young children. Magnesium Citrate is often recommended when using high doses of Liposomal vitamin C.

I’ve used this for many years and it works well for constipation. It’s a good quality for the price.

Works well. Take before bed and when you wake up you will find some relief. Take on a day off in the am and you will find some relief.

The capsules are large and I found difficult to swallow but can easily be opened and the powder added to apple sauce or yogurt.

My doctor recommended this supplement and I was specifically looking for a lower dose than what seems to be the norm. This brand offered exactly what I needed and has good reviews. The capsule is not too big and the packaging is done well. Product is of a good quality and I am happy with my purchase.

Consistent quality at a great price! I take this daily as a magnesium supplement and it has always worked well for me. Beware- not all magnesium is easily absorbed by the body. Magnesium citrate is better absorbed than other forms.
