This product has done wonders for me! I struggle with a little anxiety and this Ashwaganda has kept me from needing any medication! I take one when I’m feeling a bit anxious or before I go into crowds where I typically feel claustrophobic and this makes that all go away. No side effects for me, just the absence of that edginess. I keep it in my cupboard and one in my car at all times. Definitely helps me fall asleep quickly if my mind is racing too. Also helps me focus. It works and I’m so thankful!

These ashwagandha gummies work well for moderate stress support. The flavor is berry-like though I found that it has a slightly medicinal taste on the back end. The gummies are soft, but not gooey and easy to chew. When I purchased them they were not expensive, but as you know prices fluctuate. Although they work well, I wouldn't pay over $10 for them. They induce a nice calm state without sleepiness and in all honesty, they work so well and so fast, you will almost forget you took anything.

My son has anxiety that we’re working on with professionals, and this is one of the supplements he takes in addition to psych meds. He can tell a difference when not taking it. He had terrible night terrors, and while this hasn’t totally eliminated that, he does sleep so much better. The only bummer is that sometimes, it either arrives melted, or maybe it’s on my porch too long before I get home and see it?? That said- grab it as quickly as you can when it arrives. It’s non-refundable as a medical product, but Amazon CS has worked with me on it. I can’t find it locally or I’d just do that.

I used to have weekly breakdowns and trouble sleeping because of depression and flares that would keep me up at night with the worst thoughts of hopelessness and su*cide. Started taking this ashwagandha gummy 1x a day for about 10 days and I could genuinely feel the difference. My emotions are far more stabilized and repressed. Things/actions/words that would easily trigger me don't have quite the same effect, and it's much easier for me to shut down my emotional response to things that would easily irate me. Long story short, life is better with these gummies! I will continue to use it and may even up to 2x a day around my cycle. I feel like slowly but surely I am freeing myself and my emotions from a state of perpetual chaos, and can start working my way towards a healthier and more balanced emotional state.

They are so chewy it makes them unpleasant to eat. The flavor is fine - the consistency is like a rubber ball.
