This inexpensive little carb was delivered and installed 10 minutes later. Forgot to adjust the heights for the hoses in the grommet and installing the grommet took longer than the carb. Fired right up and I actually did not have to set low or high. Well worth the minimum dollars for this item. Came with extra bulbs and a spark plug too. Nice little investment here.

Installed the carburetor. It fit perfectly. Started my unit up and it idled and ran up perfectly. Highly recommend.

I was a little hesitant to order a no name carburetor but I couldn't be more satisfied. My weed eater had not run well for the last couple seasons and then got to where it was flooding the engine very easily and I was having a hard time keeping it running long enough to do the yard. This cheap solution fixed everything and was super easy to do. If your srm-225 Echo is not running the greatest try this easy cheap fix. It runs like brand new now.
