I love this machine!
My husband and I use it almost everyday! I did see results in weight loss. I like it for the whole body movement and time saver when you don't make it to the gym. I have recommended it to several friends.

Great machine but has minor assembly issue and poor manual. Excellent value.
Best value for a whole body vibration machine. Only drawback was that the left handle did not fit well and some brute adjustment was necessary to adjust the welded support it fastened onto. Instructions were poorly written but only took 30 minutes to assemble. Very heavy (this is a good thing) and offers excellent settings/modes and easy access while in use at the control panel and the handles. Have had it almost a month and had no issues as we use it 4X a day for 10 minutes each time.
