I wasn't thrilled with how difficult it was to open this without scissors. Adhesion was not great for me. It would be half peeled blwithin 10-12 hours. I placed on my lower back, upper thigh, high buttock, mid back, no matter where it was placed it just didn't grab for longer. I suffered thru the red itchy blotches after peeling off. My skin reacted to it but it was worth it. An itchy red blotch is way better than smoking and all the BS that goes along with it. Picture submitted is a 4-week old patch mark. It's slowly fading. I highly recommend this product to assist in kicking the habit. I smoked about half pack a day average on weekday, weekend was a bit more. I have been off of it for four weeks and feeling 👍 😃 great! I like the walgreens brand better as far as them staying on all day and not making me nauseous in the car.
