11/9/25: Trying my first dose today in my morning coffee. I was so pleased how easily it dissolved and did not change the taste of the coffee it the slightest., no lumps or need to keep stirring. If someone else had prepared it for me, the only way I would have noticed a difference was the little layer of foam on the top. I will update this review after a few weeks.

This was recommended to me. I hope it lives up to the hype.

Every once and a while I like to switch up my collagen from my go to (Vital) and try something different. I have been a bulletproof follower for 7-8 years now but have never tried their collagen until now. A little pricey per scoop given the scoop size compared to the other; but, the addition of the MCT oil was attractive given that I mix 2 scoops with my 1 cup of coffee. While this is called unflavored, you can expect a bit of a creamy, almost milk like but subtle taste because of the MCT perhaps vs. the collagen peptides. I've made bulletproof coffee with straight MCT or butter for years so the addition of this product was reminiscent of those years I made similar coffee back in the day. If you're not familiar with bulletproof coffee and this is a product you add to your hot beverage, it might have an effect on your opinion. Compared to the other collagen peptide powders I have used, it does not mix quite as easily & again I am thinking this is more related to the MCT as opposed to the collagen; but, an assertive stir for a minute and it all disappeared so no lumpy-bumpy coffee. I'm not sure I will stick with it beyond this first container- if I notice any additional physical benefits, that would change my mind- but from a purely taste experience, I prefer VItal as my go to collagen.

After the first dose my back was not cracking & making sounds during my morning stretch. Pretty wild, I'm so happy I took the recommendation from my friend & ordered it. I only take i scoop.
