Update to the update!!! Customer service was awesome. I got another one and it works perfect!!!! It is so fun and my nephew is so happy. I was skeptical of this with the reviews but my nephew picked it out and what he wanted so decided to give it a shot. Glad we did. It is perfect!Update- they replied and are giving me a full refund. I am going to order another one and will give another review. Impressed with the customer service and can say a lot about a company. Thank you!!It looks like from other reviews, transformer guy stays standing but mine does not. You have to hold it in the transformed position otherwise it goes back into car mode. It’s for a gift for my nephew for tomorrow. I just opened it to charge the car. I’m still going to give it to him because I don’t have time to get something else. Just bummed!

Maybe a good gift for a 3-5 year old. My son (10yo) bought this with his own money with high hopes. It’s not very fast and the plastic is quite flimsy. It’s a good deal for the cost, but you get what you pay for. After 1 month he’s frustrated in its limitations and looking for something more powerful and durable.
