Delicious, a much better quality chickpea. I didn't think it would really make a difference for simple chickpeas, but noticed differences in the texture and softness in less prep soak and cook time. I pressure cook my chickpeas, these soak and cook faster and come out larger in size and doesn't release the heavy "bean-like" smell in the kitchen. Best part is the taste, other brands tried have little flavor unless salted. Used for hummus and plain chickpeas for salads and replacement for rice and potatoes. After trying out a smaller package and noticing the difference, I'm going to stick with Palouse.

Lid is tight and may want to get an alternative lid or a smaller frequent access storage if you’re accessing it a lot. They taste so much better than canned and will last me a long time. Truly upped my falafel! Cooks easily in my rice cooker. :)

I am a Chickpea lover and very fussy about size and texture. There's very few brands that meet my standards and I am so pleased with the quality of these beans. They came clean, nice plump size, and tender - win, win!

Good chickpeas, these come in a beautiful bag and are dried out so you can just hydrate em in water and cook em the next day. You can also alternatively put them into a pressure cooker on high with water for 30 min to instantly cook them from dry. If you like having a good pantry stable thats also pretty healthy, this is a great choice Add some oil, agave/honey, salt, pepper, and some lemon juice before roasting them and its a great side dish

While these are good and non-GMO, I definitely prefer the organic chickpeas they come in the $164 bucket. They have a totally different color and texture. Well, these are adequate, the Organic version is much more flavorful. That being said, they are just as easy to prepare. They're just as clean with no rocks or anything found to my knowledge, and they roughly the same value for the money as the Organic, but they don't come in a big bucket. The reason that they store so well is because I stored them in the bucket. The organic ones came in originally.

Quality beans in an excellent storage container. We will be using the beans throughout the year but this container is good for long time storage.

Unlike the Costco chickpeas, these absorb water very well and very quickly - the sign of a great dried legume. Expensive, but if you're looking for fresh chickpeas, these are really good. I'm used to a stronger tasting chickpea... I'll have to do a side x side to figure out whether these are a little less pungent than others.

These chickpeas are sooo good. They make amazing creamy, fluffy hummus too. The extra cost is worth every penny! I’ll be ordering again!

I bought yupik organic chickpeas and the product is from Turkey. They taste pretty good. These ones however far surpass them in taste, texture and overall flavor. Rich and light at the same time. I eat a lot of hummus and I refuse to make any with a different brand. I would give it ten stars if possible.

Chickpeas delivered early. I am satisfied with the product. I use it as a source of protein.

I can’t praise these enough! If you cook your own chickpeas with these, you’ll never go back to canned chickpeas. I’ve already bought two bags and will be ordering another one very soon.
