I used just the shampoo for a couple of months (finished one bottle completely without using blonditioner). It was kind of patchy and left my hair feeling very coarse. I used it with the blonditioner for the first time and it makes ALL the difference in my opinion! My hair didn't feel coarse anymore and the application seems more consistent now (that might be because I've practiced about 5-6 times now). I would highly recommend buying both the shampoo and the blonditioner and using together.

The person who did my hair highly recommended both the pink shampoo as well as its' counterpart, this conditioner. Unfortunately, the high price point failed me here which is, as the title states, disappointing. When you spend that much money on haircare products, you expect them to do what they say they'll do. My hair is coarse after using both the shampoo and conditioner. I've even conditioned with my regular color-safe conditioner, bought some color-safe leave-in, and nothing - it's dry and oily at the same time; I don't know how you do it. Overall, I would not recommend this product. I would love, however, to hear a recommendation on a pink shampoo/conditioner that actually does what it says while keeping my hair safe from destruction.

Smells good but I have long hair and I feel like I have to use a lot to get the feeling that it's conditioned. Wish the bottle was larger for the price. I still have to use a leave in conditioner with this.

Absolutely love this product. It is a must have if you use the color wash. My hair hasn't looked and felt this healthy in years.

This product is great and helps keep my hair soft. It could be thicker is my only comment.
