Excellent Lappy. Great for work and entertainment.

This laptop is super lightweight while still being the size and having the features I needed. The WiFi connection is great, superfast, finally using the speed I'm paying my ISP for. There is enough space to fit all my games and music on this device with room to spare for work projects and documents. The screen is bright (adjustable) and clear with quality speakers for audio. There is NO working microphone on this laptop. Another thing to be aware of is the fan. The fans inside to keep the unit cool and functioning are kind of loud. If you are sitting in a quiet room with no audio, you can hear the fans cooling down your machine as you are gaming. When I first got it, I thought something was wrong with it, but that's just the fan doing it's job. The battery life is true to the specs and the Windows 11 operating system is pretty good. I enjoy the graphic upgrade this computer gave some of my games and pictures. It also comes with McAfee web safety for free for a little while which is nice for peace of mind. Quality computer!

So this would be replacing my previous HP laptop that no longer works. I like the brand and my experiences with them. Having said that, once I formatted and loaded all my personal files and bookmarks on the laptop, I connected my printer and shut it off, glad that I could resume my normal computer usage after being without for a few weeks. When I next powered up this 'new' laptop. I got a blue screen of death. Now this was not quite the same as the classic BSOD in that it had a few options to fix. It was saying it needed a 'bit key'... never heard of one. Tried all the blue screen options; restore to previous restore point - couldn't, brand new and restore point had not been set up yet. Attempted to follow the link to get this mysterious bit key code and the link did not work, going basically nowhere after several internet click throughs. Attempted the bypass option, that could not 'be completed'. Even tried the old cold shut down and a warm reboot, neither would work. Its unclear if the problem involved the Microsoft Windows 11 software, hardware of the laptop, or both. Just a big disappointment and a waste of time. I did get a full refund from the seller, but I am not convinced this computer was not used or refurbished. The whole incident made no sense at all.

Have owned this HP computer for 3 years. Excellent product. I have zero complaints with this purchase.

I use the laptop for work, such as Microsoft Word, Excell, and other software. I love the speed and compatibility with a work database. I don't use the pad to move curser, I use a mouse, so not sure if it is good or not. Great for teleconferencing.

Great display, full-size keyboard with number pad. Large SS hard drive. More than sufficient amount of RAM. Very pleased with the purchased.
