FitteroyTM Premium Heavy Duty Exercise Handles (Set of 2)

These work very well with my Bowflex Xtreme. The handles are strong and sturdy. I feel they help keep me in perfect form when performing exercises. I found the same exercises more challenging and effective when using these handles instead of my old handles. I had to lower the weight on one exercise, and probably got a more effective and intense working of the muscles. There is no fear that the handles will break, even with 410 pounds of resistance.

I recently had 2 separate pairs of handles break while using my resistance bands during the quarantine, so I decided to give these a try. They are comfortable, sturdy, & have a thick grip on them. They feel solid, but light weight at the same time. I’d definitely recommend these, especially if you want to combine multiple resistance bands or sets since these have a high weight capacity. The round ring also doesn’t have any weak points like some other bands that can case the handle to break when lifting heavier resistance. You can probably fit about 5-6 average sized bands around the ring. These also shipped faster than expected which was cool as well!

I now have 3 different brands of handles for a set of wall-anchored resistance bands: BodyLastic, PTPFit and Fitteroy. They're practically identical, all very durable and well made and the same size, EXCEPT: Fitteroy is unique because instead of a hard rubber gripping surface, it has a thin layer of foam. This is important for two reasons: 1) not COLD like the others, and 2) GENTLER on the KNUCKLES / HANDS. This is particularly important for me because I am working with seniors, and the soft foam surface is gentler on aging, arthritic hands. For this reason, Fitteroy is my preferred brand.
