The head with the flexible hose is too heavy for the holder and it tilts all the way down. Can these be tightened so it stays in the same angle?

The holderthat came with my shower set didn't move and it fell off wall not long after I got it, it was a plastic round one. I had to order another holder one bigger from Amazon. It is rectangular shape. It does adjust somewhat up and down to different stream directions. So far the new holder is doing good. Just make sure it's in the holder good so it won't fall out onto your feet.
