I just purchased the stroller and loved how smooth and easy the handling is - until I took a walk with it. My poor Chihuahua was very scared when the stroller started shaking uncontrollably. It turns out the front tire doesn't roll smoothly causing the front tire to shake like crazy. I have just contacted the company and hopefully they will send me a new tire. If they do I will update my review.UPDATE: I notified the company, who responded quickly. Instead of just sending me a new tire, they sent a completely new stroller! Changed my review from 3 to 5 stars!

I’d like to upload cute photos of her riding in her stroller, but my phone won’t let me upload the photos even though I gave access to Amazon. Anyway, she goes on a 5 mile walk with me every day! She is so comfortable in the stroller. I spent a lot of time comparing strollers and I’m so glad I chose this one. It’s easy to push. The only negative is that the front tire wobbles very badly so I put it in the locked position and now it doesn’t turn that easily. But overall it’s a very solid stroller. Well built and comfortable for my dog who is an imperial Shih Tzu and is about 6 pounds. She is still a puppy.

Really nice stroller but the front wheel developed a horrible wobble after about a month.

The return window just closed, but the wobbling front just got worse and wouldn't stop. Is there a fix or can I return this for an exchange?

I researched pet strollers (features and reviews) for HOURS before settling on this one. I couldn't be more pleased--by ease of assembly, quality, comfort, and features. I appreciate most the zipperless entry, because I raise and lower the canopy constantly for access and socialization. The large, gel-filled tires are perfect for outdoor use and uneven terrain (groomed trails), and the visibility and ventilation are both superb. I'm using this for my British Shorthair cat, who will soon top 18+ pounds. He's very comfortable and thoroughly enjoys his stroller outings. This stroller is worth every penny.

The media could not be loaded. The video shows the issue everyone is complaining about. I live in a city and use a stroller FOR EVERY WALK to get my older dog to the grass patch one block away. I read all the reviews about people having issue with the front tire shaking violently but decided to roll dice. Unfortunately the front tire on the stroller I received shakes the entire front end stroller making it unusable. I called the manufacturer and they said to try making an adjustment to the front tire nut. This helped for a day and then went back to shaking. And me finishing a few walks on only the back two wheels.Tires aside The STROLLER FRAME is fantastic. The frame is surprisingly sturdy, the stroller’s foot print is small while being spacious inside and the snap closure is great - you just can’t use it. If the manufacturer could fix all the front tire problems this would be an amazing product.Not fit for purpose, I had to return it.

Been trying to ease our cat into being inside. He seems to like being in it and sleeping there. We'll look to ease him into strolling around our backyard before walking around the block with him. The product seems sturdy, as it did in the pictures. I'm still assuming that the price is worth it cause every other pet stroller on Amazon just looked cheap.A piece did come broken off from the little plastic part above the front wheel. Not sure how to message the seller about this though. Would love to know if that is a part that could have a replacement sent.

UPDATE: I wrote to PetGear and sent photo's and my receipt, they have reached out and sent me a new stroller, in addition the front wheel now has a double weld, looks like they fixed.I loved this stroller I have had it for 8 months and tonight while I was out with my dog the front wheel snapped and I went flying over the whole stroller as it collapsed. The metal that is welded to the base of the stroller frame snapped off there is no way to fix this front wheel. You can see in the pics my dog is very small and how the from wheel snapped under the stroller throwing us forward.
