What can l say about these, apart from Beautiful. I would just say order a smaller size to what you are used to. I ordered Medium and they are very big, so much to say they swam me. Next time I'll order Small that's if I order these again, and they will be perfect. The Plastic Backing is light and the core is like any other Premium Diaper, very absobant, to a certain degree but no where near the capacity as stipulated. I only did a couple of wets and it leaked big time. Luckily I was wearing protective plastic pants or there would have been a major accident. Once again order a size smaller than you are. Apart from that they are magnificent and the print is outstanding.

I had seen reviews of this adult nappy and decided to try myself. It is plastic backed and promises 12 hours of wear time and it easily achieved it. The tabs are strong and secure and there is a reinforced landing zone on the front of the nappy. Extremely comfortable and I would have no hesitation in recommending. I normally wear a Tena Maxi supplied by the NHS but if I couldn't change for a long period (long flight etc) then these would be great.

First time buyer medium and theses are massive back goes high up the front half way up my stomach I say fantastic if u wanna poo but wee may leak between leg gaps as it's big x

Love this diapers !!!

I have a parent I care for and is on the large side, these diapers are very absorbent no leakage and fit her perfect. We do not have to rush when we go to town now and she can enjoy shopping and going out to eat with no embarrassing accidents. It has lifted her mood dramatically since she is able get out of the house and not worry about an embarrassing situation. We have searched for a product like this for a while now and the price is much better than other products we have tried. Thank you, a very satisfied caregiver and 91yr old 🙂

I thought I was ordering a case of four packages for a total of 40 diapers, description is deceiving, $67. for 10 diapers unbelievable

Super disappointed. Product description shows 4 packs of 10 diapers for 56.99 at 1.42 / count. We received 1 package of 10 for 56.99 so this makes it $5.70 per diaper. What false advertising!!
