You need a boost. Its like having 5 redbulls in one shot. Give it 20 min and you are wired. Good stuff.

Nice flavour. During my workout I can really see the difference. I usually go to the gym during the morning and this pre workout helps me a lot

Good product, just very sour! Hard to keep taking such a sour drink before going to the gym.

Energy bomb

Solid ingredients list, good boost for early morning workouts, without being unpleasant or overpowering. The orange flavour is the most neutral/least offensive of them all - but personally I prefer the Kiwi and Lime; its a little bitter/tart but I find that it helps even more to give me that little mental "jolt" as a cue. I wish they were a little cheaper but to be fair they are in line with other similar products price-wise and otherwise can't fault them. Relatively high caffeine level compared to some pre-workouts so be warned (its double that in the "Little Dragon" brand of pre-workout for example). The only thing to be aware of is that they claim that each shot/bottle is "two servings", i.e. all the figures they quote are for only half a bottle - this is a little disingenuous really since I can't imagine most people drink half the bottle only, and there's no easy way of measuring/dosing out only half of it so if you're sensitive to caffeine just be aware that a full bottle is pretty substantial caffeine dose, equivalent to two energy drinks in one go - you're going to be jittery if you have little or no caffeine tolerance. It does also contain beta alanine so may get you "tingly" similar to the feeling of a hot flush (although the intensity of this effect varies from person to person) which may be disconcerting if you've not experienced it before - be reassured that this is completely safe and expected, beta alanine is an amino acid and completely safe to consume. I will definitely be buying these again.

I don't see what all the fuss is about. Didnt taste very nice.. after knocking it back. I got a slight boost, followed by momintary face tingle. Then that was it. The effects didnt seem to last long. I was expecting more from a promise of 350mg of caffine.

I tried this as I wanted a change from my normal pre workout. It gave me a pump unlike I've ever had before, but the itching that came with it was 10 fold. If you can bare the beta alanine itches, this is top tier.

Ich habe es gestern zum ersten Mal probiert, habe es 10 Minuten vor meinem Lauftraining genommen, leider ist mir während dem Training sehr schlecht geworden, wahrscheinlich habe ich einen zu empfindlichen Magen, sehr schade. Da die Bewertungen hier alles sehr gut sind. Leider bin ich nicht zufrieden 😞
