Very cool and highly recommended

I'm very pleased with my purchase. The product is as easy as it is described. A great buy for someone looking to add strength to their core, and elsewhere. Easy exercises make it fun to use. Update: I broke the first one but they replaced it almost immediately and back to sit-ups I go. It's a good compact exercise machine.

This fitness equipment is good but right arm pedal make squeezing sound, I put oil or WD 40 still won’t go.

The machine is just in my opinion OK. It does give some support when doing sit-ups, but if you’re not careful, you can hurt your neck rocking on the Machine machine. I feel like there’s very little resistance, but the machine is portable out. Effectiveness is very moderate. The machine is only moderately stable.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was one of the more affordable ones with good reviews, and it has not disappointed. I love it. I get a good enough workout on and can slide it under the bed out of the way. Very convenient and cost efficient.

Easy setup, comfortable on a yoga mat. See abs if really committed to this workout device even if you are over weight. It is worth the money because you see fast results showing ABS. Build quality is in a very strong stable condition. Fun times for a workout device at home in your own personal gym!

No assembly required. The only thing you need to do is put the straps on. It gives a great workout. I can now do pushups! It is definitely worth the small investment. Very sturdy. My abs are loving it!

Good quality

I ordered this machine to replace an older machine and because the price was great. The machine is exactly as advertised and is very comfortable to use. I've only used it twice. My only complaint is the banging noises and the squeaking. My other machine was very quiet. The company has offered a replacement. i will post another product review later. I've changed my reviews to five stars. Received a replacement and it works well. so glad I gave it another try instead of ordering another expensive brand
