amazing! pay the extra penny it’s worth it!
it’s worth it! my son hated car seats until we switched to this one! it’s easy to install adjust well to different vehicles it’s pretty bulky and big so smaller vehicles is a little iffy but comes with 2 easy to clean removable cup holders! it’s not easy to clean! once you take the padding off it basically doesn’t stay on and have to constantly keep redoing it but still an amazing car seat

Ideal choice!
We needed a car seat for our 7 month old grand-baby during her first visit here. We were extremely pleased with this purchase. It was easy to install, although the strap configuration was confusing at first. Our daughter had no trouble figuring out the necessary adjustments once she and the baby arrived in town. Based on the infant happiness level and her ability to nap during the 2 hour ride from the airport, I would say it was very comfortable. Our daughter was impressed as well. A great car seat, especially at this price point.

You get what you pay for
We have the Safety First Grow and Go 3-in-1 car seat that we purchased for our first child and liked it. The Jive was quite a bit cheaper and on sale, so we decided to save some money. Because of our childcare situation, we needed three seats, so a $60-100 difference per seat was significant! It’s adequate. I don’t feel like it it unsafe. The harness strap does get stuck from time to time and is difficult to tighten, but a little wiggling solves this. We have a small car (Prius), so the difficulty getting the car seat super tight doesn’t really impact us since the car seat sits directly against the front passenger seat. We just got back from our first flight with car seats. Ug. It was not as bad as we were expecting. Our first issue was that our car seat bag we ordered that had wheels is apparently designed for a smaller seat. So our Grow and Go wouldn’t fit due to height, width, and attached car seat covers. Thankfully the Juve did fit since it is slightly smaller in width and the cup holders are removable….very easily removable. In fact, so removable that one came out with a cup inside. Thankfully it was in a rental car. I think we also lost one of the cup holders along the way. Installing the seats into the rental car makes the quality difference very clear. Also, since both our 4 year old and 21 month old peed out on the trip, I just removed all pads to wash them. The Juve requires the removal of the harness in order to get the pads out. The Grow and Go does not. Significant difference in ease of use. In the end, it is adequate and has served our purposes. If you have a small car and need to fit 3 car seats in, I would consider the Juve over the Grow and Go. Otherwise, I would pay the difference. You get what you pay for.

My son loves it and I do to!
I am very happy with this carseat that we purchased about 6 months ago. I like that is not extra bulky so it doesn't take up extra space and 2 other passengers can sit in the back of the car next to the carseat, while the carseat is still wide enough that my 2 1/2 year old son can sit comfortably. It was a great price compared to anything else I saw, the look is nice, it was easy for my husband to install and it is easy to strap in my son. The only negative parts are: 1. that the cupholders are always falling out so we usually don't use them. 2. As the child grows you need to adjust the size of the staps and that is not as easy on this carseat as it was in our infant carseat. Overall would definately reccommend this carseat.

Safe, comfy, and easy to install!
I absolutely love this car seat! It feels sturdy and secure, and my little one is super comfortable in it. The padding is soft, and the straps adjust easily without any hassle. It was simple to install and fits perfectly in the backseat. I also love that it grows with your child — rear and forward-facing options make it a great long-term investment. Highly recommend for peace of mind and safety on every ride!

Hardy & Roomy
This has worked great for my messy, rough toddler for almost two years now except the cup holders. We couldn't figure out how to attach them firmly and she kept kicking them off until they were lost. At nearly three, she's in the 50th percentile for height & weight and has plenty of room still.

Got what I paid for.
Car seat came exactly as pictured. Good value for the money spent. Easy to install in our Chevy Suburban but was hard to tighten in our Toyota Sienna. Easy to adjust. Babe complains about her butt hurting, so maybe a little uncomfortable. Also, the sides come off it yanked too hard, which wasn't very hard during installation. Husband was able to pop back on but I couldn't do it myself, which was worrisome. Definitely isn't a Britax but we needed a car seat replacement in a pinch and it served its purpose.
