This is 3rd one I’ve bought. 2nd to replace the first one which was very old and finally worn out…3rd one to put in my RV.Love that I can get both boiling hot water and ice cold water with just the push of the lever.Everyone should have one of theseIn their house.Don’t know how well The Filter works as we have a whole house filter, plus a reverse osmosis system before feeding into the machine, so don’t use the Filter in the dispenser.

It works great and the water is super cold and super hot! Installed to replace the rental unit I had from Ready refresh. I'm happy with the purchase. My handyman is upgrading the filtration system but that's bc he wants my customers to have the super healthy water he likes:)

had a Little dent on the product

The media could not be loaded. leaking from the water inlet from the post-filtering line into the filtered water container. This location is located on the very TOP of the unit. The leaking water wetted all electrical lines & connections. After I fixed the busting line, the water outlet line from the water filter busted too. I was able to fix it. Now it working ok. Instead of returning it, I decided to to keep it to see how much luck I will have with this

Pretty disappointed in the fact it's made for little kids.Also for the price point of $400 I can't believe that it doesn't have a dispenser light.Other than that works as it should makes hot and cold good tasting water.

I put this in my apartment and wow what a difference. I used to use brita filters but it was incredibly annoying filling them back up, I love that this connects straight to the water line. The water tastes amazing, even a big step above other filters. The filter itself ends up being inside the housing so it can go flush with the wall. Incredibly easy to set up and a little lighter than I had expected! Managed to carry the box up 2 flights of stairs with one hand and Chinese food in the other. 5/5 fantastic water!

I have had this for about a month and have had zero issues. Its used probably about 10-15 times a day and have had no complaints. Hot and cold water works great. I have it in an office with about 7 people and never had an issue.Update: Been using it for about 2 years now and literally no issues. The Filter will get stuck and then you stop getting water but just change it out and it'll fix the problem. This machine has paid for itself and then some.

Set up is easy . Works well and filters are reasonably priced.
