The 12.9” iPad Pro arrived early. When I opened the package and inspected the iPad, I was very pleased. It looks brand new. The case and screen are flawless it operates very fast and is very responsive. You wouldn’t know that it is a refurbished device. I bought it primaril to convert my sheet music to digital, and I am so glad that I bought this one. I paid less than a third of the price of a new one. I don’t need all of the additional specs of the newer generations, this serves my purpose perfectly. I highly recommend this iPad Pro.

This refurbished IPad is great. There were no scratches or marks anywhere. Looks great, runs great.

I bought this to use for sheet music. The size is great for this purpose. It is just like new even though refurbished. Battery holds a charge well.

After reading all the reviews and having the Amazon refurbished guarantee i decided to purchase this product. I couldn't be happier with the purchase! Came in perfect condition and I saved hundreds of dollars! The charger that is shipped with this item isn't great but neither was the one that was originally shipped by Apple, everyone was complaining it wasn't charging their iPad pro fast enough. If you're getting the 12.9 inch, like I did, I suggest you purchase the 29w Usb-c charger and the usb-c to lightning charger as well. It will make charging much faster. I would recommend this to anyone and will be purchasing more products from this seller.

Very happy with the refurbished iPad. It works like a new one and only cost half what I paid for a new one last year.

After four months, the battery just quit working and won't charge. I could have bought a applecare warranty for $50 or square trade warranty. I find it odd that it just quit working all of the sudden. It appeared that others had similar issues here. I don't if it had something to do with the IOS 11 upgrade causing the battery to just quit.

Upon removing the ipad from the package it looked like it was brand new. The screen was absolutely perfect and the over all condition was excellent. I plugged it in using the supplied charger and cable and it worked and charged up fully to 100%. The wifi and data worked perfectly. I had to go and get a SIM card from my cell provider to put in the ipad but they gave me the SIM card for free and activated it while I waited. There was a $40 dollar activation fee, but the next day I called my cell provider and they waved the 40 dollar activation fee. I used the Ipad on both wifi & cellular data and it worked fine and battery held up like it should. Overall, no complaints I am totally satisfied with the purchase. I recommend for sure.

Canadian-Deals has gone above and beyond to make amends for their distribution partner's blunder! The iPad Pro was received with blemishes (see picture), but have offered to cover a portion of the repair costs at their own expense. I would highly recommend Canadian-Deals to anyone! Their customer service is a 6/5 (yes, above rating quality)! I will do business again, because even if their partners made a mistake, CANADIAN-DEALS made it right and have restored faith.

Very good price but the iPad was not working right home button was stuck among other things .. ask for a refund ..took about a week good seller !!
