Take it from a simple guy who only recently got introduced to the Instant Pot pressure cooker...and I can hardly say this strongly enough, this is THE only book you will ever need. Great for novice and experienced cooks alike. Before I bought my first ever instant pot, I had never used a pressure cooker or much less made half a decent meal in my kitchen. Today, I have made chocolate lava cakes, banana bread, casseroles, delicious steamed veggies and so much more by following the easy to follow recipes in this cook-book. I honestly cannot stress enough how simple and easy the recipes are. I have all my workmates confused now that I've been sharing some of my kitchen exploits with them. This book not only made me fully utilize my Instant Pot, it has seriously upped my cooking skills and some... I cannot recommend it enough. It is a must have for all Instant Pot owners.

I use a lot this book! Wonderful idea the roadmap recipes: you have a lot of options to change the recipe with the ingredients that you have already at home.

Pour celles et ceux qui cherchent un livre de recettes pour l'IP c'est bien LE livre qu'il faut. Malgré le manque de photos des plats proposés ce livre est très bien expliqué et très fourni. C'est de loin le meilleur que j'ai pu trouver.
