This glaze makes an excellent salad dressing when blended with some avocado or canola oil and a bit of balsamic vinegar to add a bit of tartness. Also delicious on roasted zuchini, banana squash, carrots, bell peppers. The price is very reasonable compared to other glazes. There were no problems with packaging or leakage in my shipment.

Colavita is one of the best quality vinegars and the white vinegar does not disappoint. Flavorful and not overly acidic. Great in sauces, vinaigrettes, or use plain as it is!

Nice smooth and tasty glaze of Balsamic, No hidden under tones of some other fruity flavors, I have used tis now for more dishes than I could have thought to use it with and saves me time in making my own.

I used to use apple cider vinegar for my Autumn Salad Dressing but it is so much better with this brand. Will buy it again and I highly recommend it - price point and taste.
