So glad I bought tgem
Fit: great Effectiveness: excellent Comfort: perfect I love these, they really help with my heavy leg lymphadema . Definitely would recommend, even at the price (though would be great if cheaper).

These compression leggings were recommended by my physical therapist for my lympho/lipedema knees and legs. I was hesitant of how the upper part of these leggings would affect my gut issues from several surgeries, but I’ve found the high waistband and lighter compression on the tummy area to be quite comfortable. Update: I’ve worn this pair and another pair almost daily for over a month. They seem to be very durable and wash up nicely. These are thicker leggings. Great for cooler temps. As far as getting these on, once I figured out how to do it (definitely do not use the “scrunch” method recommended on the package) I find these go on relatively easily and without pain. Tip: fold them inside out until you have a lower leg amount about the length of a knee high. Pull on up to your knee (like you’d put on a knee high sock). At this point the rest of the legging should be folded back over your calves so that the crotch is inside out at your ankles. Now begin taking about 4-6” and unfold above your knees. Do this again until the legging is about mid-thigh. At this point you can just unfold them the rest of way up over your belly and make any minor adjustments you need to. Reverse the process when you take them off and they’ll be ready to go the next day. The whole process takes me less than a minute and is pain free. Hope this is helpful for anyone with painful legs.

I bought these after trying a couple of other brands of compression leggings that were either very uncomfortable or cheaply made. I wasn't feeling overly confident that these would be great either, but I'm pleasantly surprised. I have lipedema and venous insufficiency, so compression is a must. These leggings are SO comfortable. They're quite high waisted, but I'm okay with that because they don't dig in at the waist or constantly fall down. They provide even compression from top to bottom & are well made, so no snagging or ripping. They're not see through, so you could get away with wearing them alone (versus underneath other clothing). I'm 5'7" and 180 pounds & I bought XL, which fits perfectly. So far, I only have the black pair, but I'm planning on getting a nude pair as well. My only criticism is that I wish they came in more colors because I'd buy them all!

These compression leggings are incredibly thin! If you put these on without gloves (which is what the instructions recommend) you are guaranteed to get a tiny hole that will stretch with time. These are so thin between the waffle texture that even rough skin could damage it so be careful when stretching the fabric and putting them on. Once on, it's the environment you have to be extra careful about. If anything pokes between the waffle texture, you could easily get a small puncture hole that stretches. I have 2 tiny tots and these leggings give me serious anxiety- I have tiny hands grasping me all the time not to mention legos, figures, all kinds of toys that I get poke with or sit on all day long so these seem impractical for my life. Next, washing. Any compression garment should be washed cold, delicate cycle and hung up to dry, never put in the dryer. So the average person who wears these everyday would need 1-2 pairs a day. I just think that this fabric is not practical or trustworthy for regular daily use. And the price of $60+ per pair for questionable long-term quality has me recommending not purchasing these. Now if your life includes just sitting in a soft padded chair and you were lucky enough to be born without fingernails, sure these may work for you. The waffle texture feels nice and the compression strength feels okay for POTS and dizziness but I can't speak for any other medical need, pain, or necessity of the leggings.

Good compression. Took getting used to the seams before I stopped noticing (maybe it was stretched by then?) Great relief post-surgery for Lipedema when I was ready to switch to normal compression. Will say: it's super long (like covering 2 thirds of my feet) and insanely high waisted (came almost to my bra). Plus, kinda wish they'd knock several inches off the waist (length). For ref: 4"10 162lbs Considerations: trying the capri version, should be good for my height.

I need compression from the abdomen down for POTS, and not only are these the most comfortable but the ridges in the fabric are wonderful for my chronically sore muscles and joints due to EDS. The fabric is soft, stretchy and breathable. I’m a believer! I only wish there were more color options. I’m in between sizes and prefer the larger of the 2. The smaller was a bit less opaque and looked more like tights than leggings.
