Do you have a grom clone that sometimes the start just doesnt engage anymore? I would come out to that often forcing me to push start the bike. Then sometimes it would magically work again! I found out its not my starter going bad but the solenoid itself! To install this on you grom clone just remove the right body panel, (this could be done with it on but hard to see). Once that is removed locate the old one. You will need a socket to remove the pos and neg going to this (be sure to unplug battery) . The connector goes up to the top of the bike. Unfortunately this is a male plug and we need a female. So you can cut and rewire new connectors or try and use your old connector with this new one. Once it is all connected enjoy your startups again. While youre at it be sure to ziptie and tidy up all those loose wires down there to help reduce vibrations. I recommend the cloth electrical tape.

Tried started my grom clone and it would start though my start died but it just this. Quick and easy to replace

Total garbage. Lasted less than 100 starts before failing. Save yourself the headache and buy a better quality solenoid.
