Quality product. I started to feel the positivive effects of this product after about 2 weeks. I just feel better I cannot explain it.

Finally a histamine free and no smell fish oil. I’m a health freak and I used to take tons of high end fish oil capsules, but I started to get upset stomach and migraines likely from histamine/oil oxidation. After some research I found this as a brand that had low histamine. I don’t have any issues with upset stomach or migraines! Also the oil doesn’t smell which is another sign it’s not rancid. It’s pricey but it’s worth it for the quality you get.

Take a teaspoon a day even if you eat fish daily. I take it just before a meal and swallowing it is not awful because it has a citrusy flavor. Take an extra teaspoon if you’re going to eat a steak or a cheeseburger! It’s good to balance the cholesterol foods with the Omegas. Keep it in the refrigerator.

I keep it in the fridge. 1 tsp after one of my meals. No strong taste. Will keep subscription

Need to give it some time and get some Labs to see if improve my HDL.
