Arrived on time. Quality good. Colours good, not lairy. Good grip. Value for money. Very well Balanced weights. Comfortable for a full workout. I would definitely encourage people to buy them.

Bought 0.5 kg hand weights as an introduction to using weights in an exercise class. Very happy with the size and grip (but note that I have small hands).

The 0.5kg were a lot smaller than I expected (don’t know why I thought they’d be bigger). They are a lovely palm size. They are made from good quality material which is easy to grip and doesn’t make your hands sweaty. The shape is easy to hold and they are a lovely bright colour. I’ve done a photo of them with a 1kg, 1.5kg and 3kg weight so you can see the difference in size. I also bought the 1kg (purple) from same company. I am really pleased.

Bought these 0.5kg dumbbells for my 7-year-old son to introduce him to basic strength training.
