How to Rebuild the Small-Block Ford (S-A Design)

Very good content for Ford engine enthusiast!

This book is very nice. We're dialing in a motor that was already built but it has been a good reference and may be put to serious use if it ever needs a rebuild.....I've done small block chevies, but never a small block ford!

Best for 221- 260 - 289 - 302's and 351 Windsors. For 351 Clevelands get the other book.

No single book is every going to meet everybodys needs. I purchased this book (amongst others) to give me perspective on my engine building project. This is a great book with nice colorful pictures. When building an engine, reading how to do something is not as good as looking at a picture with somebody illustrating the reading. This book has lots of great pictures and information to help you be successful in building an engine and understanding what parts affect performance. This does NOT have technical information like Torque for bolts which you can find in manuals. I reccomend this book for anybody that is learning how to build engines or learning about how they work.

I like a lot of pictures. It gives great references. Specs for torque in back for ease of assembly

Preparing to build my first engine and this has a great thorough walkthrough with pictures and torque specs, will definitely be useful for assembly!

Should have the information im looking for

Love it. Very detailed and reliable information. Skips some of the basic common stuff but hey saves room for the important information.
