Looks great...but
We purchased two of these rails. No assembly instructions, but was pretty easy to assemble once all parts were laid out. Drill bit was included but was too small and didn't last any time. The expanders were fragile and only marginally effective. Plenty of screws and bolts included. With some work around we were able to get them installed. Quite sturdy and great quality. Just be prepared to possibly have to run to the hardware store to complete the job.

Great product don't hesitate!
Very nice product! Heavy & very well packaged. Don't hesitate. Mine came with the manual & was honestly pretty straightforward.I only got 3 of the bolts in lol as one I didn't put correctly. Still solid as a rock. Nice "Matte" finish and could pass for oil rubbed bronze. Schedule about an hour if you're inexperienced. All the screws and bolts you need are here & the drill bit; you just need a hammer drill if installing into concrete.***1 year update I still love the railing. A little rust around the bolts but spray WD40 and scrub it'll shine like new. Still wouldn't hesitate to by another. Super sturdy.

Rusty within 6 months
We ultimately took this railing down after just a few months. The screws are silver, so they look really cheap against the black railing. I had planned to paint the screw heads, but found that the railing was already rusting! Now it’s sitting in my garage and I have to find a way to dispose of it. Do not waste your money.

Looks like a custom hand rail.
This railing is very well-made for the money. Very good-looking once installed. It comes with all the hardware and even the drill to make the holes to install it. The fact it is powder coated should make it last for years of use. We now have one in the front and back of our house.

Great addition to our home
Bought this railing kit to assist our family members with mobility issues, be able to transition from the sidewalk onto our porch better. Very functional, sturdy and also looks appealing. Definitely worth the effort and the price.

Purchase with caution!
We ordered 2 railings, one 4-5 step, the second 3-4. First delivery of the largest railing arrived with big holes on both ends of the box. Hardware was scattered all over our porch, and when we lifted the box, even more fell out. Amazon sent a replacement quickly. It also arrived with smaller holes on both ends, hardware sack was intact.Cut open the box and the hardware sack, which I must say was all thrown in together inside an extremely thin plastic bag. You can definitely tell the manufacturer of this item took no pride. The packing was some of the worst I've seen. This is a heavy, steel powder coated item, that is shipped with inadequate, thin foam padding and no reinforced cardboard corners/ends. It's no wonder it was open on both ends from being dragged by the one person dealing with this extremely heavy box.Next, I discovered they include an assembly diagram only. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS or manual. Yes, putting it together is easy enough, but be sure to lay down a blanket, assemble all your parts but DO NOT TIGHTEN ANYTHING.Also, they do not even care to include black topped screws and bolts, so really, get yourself some black primer and paint to coat the whole thing after install. I even messaged the seller asking for installation instructions and they responded "you would like assembly instructions?" What a joke.We broke a couple bolts on the smaller railing, so also know this hardware is pretty pathetic. Would have benefitted from some locking nuts also, I suspect this thing will need to get tightened once year, repainted also.Otherwise, it looks pretty good and saved us a the cost of having someone custom make, but I have doubts about longevity.

Great, but rusting screws
I really liked this set up. I installed on a mix of stone and concrete, the stone we]as very hard. Two issues, the looped rails collect water, I’ll drill then; but the screws have rusted on both sides. Now, I have to brush and paint them.
