Disappointed with the product
I purchased this bag because it was from the Safari brand, expecting good quality. However, I am very disappointed with the product. Within just one month of use, the zipper stopped working, and the fabric quality also feels very poor. I am not sure whether this is an issue with the Safari brand itself, the seller providing low-quality stock, or Amazon not properly monitoring product listings. But based on my experience, the quality does not match the brand’s reputation.
