Used the product regularly for about a year. Unfortunately, one day it stopped charging. I reached out to the seller and they promptly provided troubleshooting tips and offered to replace the item. They were very prompt and tooo initiative to send out a replacement. I highly recommended this product and seller!

I love this thing. For context, I'm scared of fire so I'm also too scared to use regular lighters. It lights my candles perfectly. I've had it for a while now and nothing is wrong with it, so I would say it holds up well. Makes a subtly high pitched sound as pointed out by one of my friends. If you're sensitive to small noises like her don't get it, but honestly I didn't even notice it until she pointed it out. I've only had to charge it once so it has good battery on it. Plus it's a very pretty color. Very cool, useful, and pretty lighter, 10/10.

We absolutely loved this eletric lighter. Not only is it beautiful and elegant looking but it works exactly as described. So far it work perfectly and we have not had any issues. I love that we don't need batteries and it's rechargeable. And also shows you your charge level so you know when to charge it. It's also accident proof, you have to slide the electroids up to push the button, once done slide it backdown so the button is hidden.

This lighter feels hefty and well-made in the hand. The battery capacity isn’t impressive yet it lives up to what they advertise It to be, 25 lights or so. The plasma flame is more than hot enough, but it’s work to get a big cigar fully lit. All in all a good value.

I needed a lighter for candles, and this is perfect for that. If you follow the instructions correctly, you will have a product that you will enjoy using. I like The sleekness, ease of use and charging capability. The seller, employees and company itself is excellent and I highly recommend this item!

Long lasting, works as intended, and on a single charge it has lasted months for me. I don't use it often, but whenever I want to light a candle, I use this exclusively. It especially helps with large candles like Mainstay or Yankee candle, where they are large with small tops making it hard to stick your hand in to light once the wick is low, and also makes lighting it an awkward angle. This electric lighter has solved that for me. totally worth it!

Ive bought two of these lighters in the last year and while they do work well at first, that doesn't last. One of them only lasted about six months before it totally stopped charging no matter what charger I used and the other one is working but wont hold it's charge. Both lighters were only being used to light candles so neither was used more than four or five times a week. Unfortunately, I dont recommend.

Perfection, easy to use, proper awesome!

I’ve tried a few different USB rechargeable lighters over the years, and this one is by far my favorite! It’s easy to use, lights quickly when used properly, and holds a charge impressively well. As an event planner, my team and I light a lot of candles. . . all day, every day. . .and this lighter has become a total go-to for us. I keep one in my crossbody event bag, and I love that the safety feature actually works! It’s never accidentally turned on or opened in my bag, even with how much we move around. If you’re looking for a reliable, durable, and long-lasting lighter, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Like other reviews, it’s works so well and holds charge for a long time. But after a year it will now no longer charge. Completely dead.
