I have purchased this company's fish oil which I really like (I take it and Sear's fish oil, alternating). So, I decided to try their minerals. They are working great.

I like these. They have helped me have more energy and helped get rid of some brain fog. I am usually low on a few minerals and these work well with helping me maintain my levels. I haven’t noticed any side effects. I would buy again.

This has a pretty wide array of essential minerals in my opinion. I feel the need to supplement minerals because our soils have been so severely depleted due to how we farm now--industrial farming.

The tablets smell and taste horrible. These also caused side effects (constipation, stomach discomfort, and headaches).
