Q: Is CMC the same as tylose & is it safe for food & to handle without gloves?

Yes it is the same and safe. I had no problems with it. I paid for the product and gave my honest review.

Q: Is this have any cross contamination from peanuts and tree nuts? Made in the facility, shared lines, etc?

The content inside the bottle is correct. We just use one size bottle for 2 oz and 4 oz CMC. Hope that helps.
