6/17/2025: The unit arrived to me. I charged the battery overnight before first use and the unit never turned on at all. I went to return it and got the biggest runaround in my life! UPS wouldn't pick up. I initiated the return on 5/27. No one ever showed up to pick up the return per the instructions. They were supposed to bring a label with them but no one showed. The mail center I use for packages even sent an employee to UPS and they turned him away saying they couldn't take the package without a label (the same label they were supposed to bring when they picked it up but never showed). I called Amazon and they reset someone from UPS to come pick the return up, they called me and gave me a number to call UPS to check today that they have it in the records to go and pick up. I called and it rang without answer, but thank goodness Amazon was able to upload a tracking number. I contacted UPS and they said to send it back I had to pay a $15 fee on the return and they insisted Amazon should've told me about the fee. No one said anything about a fee for a return. Either way, I will never order from this seller again and I will be cancelling my Amazon account. I don't want to deal with any of this ever again. I will accept that I am out the money on this as a very valuable lesson learned to not get anything like this on Amazon again and to always go to a store where I can preview the quality, because the quality and materials were very poor. If it had at least worked, I would have kept it and not worried about the quality, but it didn't even do that.

This little vacuum does a much better job than I expected. It is able to get the edges of the rooms, pick up quite a bit, and is super easy to use. There is a small basket to hold the debris picked up, which is nice in case it gets a little lego in the playroom. It’s about as noisy as a small handheld vacuum, so it’s not bothersome while running. It’s easy to use, and it really does pick up well. The ONLY issue I’ve had is that it does try to go on small rugs, which causes it to get stuck, and it does go onto our carpeted areas. It doesn’t pick up much in the carpet though, so I just have to block that off and pick up any rugs first. For $100, you really can’t beat it.

I bought this for my mom as a gift , unfortunately she lives in another country and took it with her without trying it at my house , and when she wanted to use it didn’t work at all , and I can’t return it. Sad waste of money. DO NOT BUY !!!

Between the dog and the kid our floors have been quite messy. With our busy lifestyle we just don't have time to vacuum or sweep all the time. We decided to try a robot vaccum to keep up with the mess. We didn't want to spend an arm and a leg as we didn't know whether or not these would meet our needs. This vacuum was a pleasant surprise and actually works pretty good. It did get a little hung up on area rugs if it hit them head on but if it came at an angle then it would go over the area rugs just fine. It picked up the dog hair and crumbs very well. I'm sure that the more expensive ones have other options but for the price and how well it works I feel like this was a great buy.

The first two days this worked great, on flooring. Got stuck on a thin area rug, and the right side cleaning wheel does not turn anymore. We have had this for about two weeks. Thought we were getting a great deal from other reviews, but sadly we didn't.

This product is too light to move around plus actually apply suction power to the floor. Will work ok on hardwood with no obstacles and all doors shut and then move it room by room?!! Super annoying. Stayed in one of our living rooms from start until battery died. It couldn’t figure its way out.

This is our second robot vacuum now from Pure Clean and we remain happy customers. The dust pad feature on the bottom is a great improvement from previous model. It comes with an extra brush head too, which we haven’t needed yet. it also navigates perfectly throughout the house and moves in and out of dining room chairs and table. It has become the perfect little helper in the dining room (cleaning up after our kiddos) completely replacing the need to daily sweep after what feels like every meal. Would highly recommend this product.

This is the best vacuum so far that I've used and I'll tell you why. It's much more compact and weighs less than a bag of sugar. It has all the features as the big one! But this is why I like this one more, it doesn't get stuck on my rug. It doesn't move and push all shoes I have all over the house. If you have an apartment then you are going to want this. It's so compact, yet powerful. It's super easy to use. Out of the box to start vacuuming is less than 2 minutes. You don't need any tools and it has a large on and off button on top. This one is pretty awesome.
