Why did you pick this product vs others?:I just want to preface this by saying this is a quality product but it’s not for everyone it made me wake up multiple times during night for several days very restless. And very tried the following day.

Ordered these as we use ashwaganda regularly to help with teen anxiety. We also appreciate the added immune boost.We were impressed with the potency of Designs for Health TriGandha, as it is sourced from three different types and seems that it would be even more effective than the gummies we have been consuming.The capsules are not huge, which is good news for teens that have trouble swallowing. We are happy with the performance of these capsules, as they seem to help, especially at bed time.Great product.

I have taken Ashwaganda root in combination with other herbal supplements and I do feel it gives me a relaxed feeling. It is subtle and natural but noticeable. I have read that some women also take it to help balance their hormones. I can't attest to the effectiveness of that. But I do recommend it for people who are looking for a natural approach to alleviating stress or anxiety. This is a more expensive option and I wish the label stated where the product is made and sourced. That is very important for me to know so I deducted a star for that.

Lately I have had a lot of anxiety and a few panic attacks. Someone suggested I try this herb to see if it would help. And it has tremendously. Overall I feel better. I still have panic attacks in certain situations, but over time I hope to remedy that.

I've been taking this off and on for a few weeks now and haven't really noticed a tremendous benefit; however, I have felt a little better and am hopeful that it is helping my body on days where I have more stress. They are super easy to swallow, have no aftertaste and are easy to take.

This is such a great supplement. Unfortunately Amazon sent me an empty envelope. I'll reorder. I get it cheaper at my doctor but they are out of it this week.
