Didn't work
I tried this product hoping it would help with my hormone imbalance and mood swings, but unfortunately ti did not work for me, it might work for hot flashes and other symptoms, and it is worth trying, but it's definitely not for everyone.

Helps with night hot flashes
This does seem to really help control this hot flashes, especially at nighttime. I find that I can sleep deeper with less temperature flashes. I am able to better relax and maintain a more restful sleep pattern.
