Q: My lock is not working. I am using cupboard bumpers.

If you are using cupboard bumbers.Small little clear pads to reduce the noise of closing cupboards, You will need to apply the applicator slightly forward on the cupboard. Before applying the applicator, bring it out 3-4mm as most bumpers are 3-4mm.

Q: My lock is installed correctly but still not working ( is this lock in the disabled position? )

If there are no noise bumpers installed on your cupboards your lock may be in the disabled position. Push the hook on the lock down. this will engage the lock. to disable the lock pull the hook upwards.

Q: My lock is installed beside metal handles and not working

If your locks are installed too close or right beside metal handles this can on occasion interfere with the opening of the lock. Re-position the locks away from the metal handle to ensure the lock can be open with ease.

Q: My locks are installed over screws. Is this ok?

We recommend not installing the locks over screws as on occasion screws are not flush and can push the lock out of the desired postion. install the locks away from any screws for a better installtion.

Q: My lock is not working ( cupboard hinges are loose or my cupboard door is not flush)

If your cupboard door is not flush ( apart from noice reduction bumpers ) the locks will not work correctly. Your hinges need to be installed correctly and your cupboard door supported correctly.
