Less than Half the Advertised Voltage

First of all be aware that the 10kv in the ad title refers to the tester but the advertised voltage of 4.2kv in the description is only 2kv according to their own supplied tester so will wait and see if that has any effect on the opossum I am trying to dissuade from disturbing my rat traps every night.This the 3rd time I have submitted this review with no response from Amazon.People are entitled to know this product is not as advertised.
