Perfect fit, even better than its predecessor, the targhee II mid which I had for 4 years. Walked 8 kms on the trails right out of the box and very comfortable, no hot spots or rubbing. Very impressed.

I'm really happy with these boots. My last pair of hiking boots, also Keen's, took a while but finally wore out along a few seams. I find both pair to be very comfortable on all surfaces. I use a special insert so ordered my pair 1/2 size bigger than usual and everything is just right!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I collect tactical boots. Though not tactical I did like the color. Did research on KEEN. Good investment. I wear my collections. My left foot doesn't like it after two days of wear. Not concurrently. Need more wear than others, not disappointed in purchase. High quality and that's my second reason for the choice. First is I collect because I find expensive boots then search for them elsewhere at a price I'm willing to pay!
