Bone sucking sauce, seasoning and rub is a nice blend of spices for most meats--fish, pork, beef, lamb, and chicken. Unfortunately, salt and sugar are high among the top three ingredients; therefore, be aware of the quantity that you put on your prepared meats, especially if you have health conditions exacerbated by salt and sugar. But if your health is generally good, the spices add a nice flavor to your barbecued, air-fried or roasted meats. We use it as a standby seasoning for nearly all meats we cook, but we use it sparingly.
