My neck size is 18” and sleeve is 22” what size should I get? L

I am not an authority on this but my neck size is 17 1/2 and I don.t know how to measure my arm so I measured from the top of my shoulder to where my sleeve would end and it was 22 . My wife used to do all my shopping and she knew all the sizes in her head so I looked at an old shirt and it was XL so thats what I ordered and it fits me . The regular fit part was because I have a bit of a belly and as luck would have it , it fits good . Good luck
