MDacne – Retinol 0.5% and Niacinamide 4% Cream, Reduces Blemishes and Improves Skin Texture without Irritation

I love this stuff. I used to use it then decided to try the Cerave brand. No comparison. I have aging breakout prone skin and this is the only retinol product that clears my blemishes and fades acne spots as well as softens my skin. I highly recommend for it’s nonirritating smoothing effect.

My "before" photo ws so ugly that I deleted it so it would not really matter if I showed you how radiant and clear my face is after just 2 days I saw a difference and it only got better. Highly recommend. I m a retired Esthetician in AZ and CA- so I know good product. Also- NO new pimples! I had "patch acne" which looks like huge red patches from menopausal hormone issues.

I really like this cream because it's not very irritating and has the added benefit of niacinamide. I did a couple months of adapalene beforehand to make sure my skin would handle it well & it is. Regular retinol had damaged my skin in the past & it took a few months to bring it back to healthy. The problem is that you can't buy a larger size so it's not very practical or economical to use long term. It's also annoying to have to repurchase every 2 weeks so I will have to move onto a different product soon. which is a shame. Also hope to see the next retinol concentration become available - either 0.75 or 1.00%

My teenage son asked me to purchase this because like many teenagers he’s into his looks now. After some Debate I purchased it and it actually worked! His face is clearer!

I’ve had this one and it’s great, the .25%, but this listing is for .5% and what I got was .25%

I’ve tried using retinol several times and always had to stop because it was too irritating. When I started with the MDacne retinol .25% my skin got used to it and then I moved up to the retinol .5% and it’s been working great! So happy I found this and can get the benefits of retinol!

Does not only time will tell trying to get rid of pigmention marks
