Very affordable, gets the job done. Nice firm/stiff arch support with deep heel cup and decent cushioning. Bought a pair for my husband when he was complaining of foot and ankle pain. He never wore supports before and once he started these he never went back. Got a second pair so he didn’t have to switch them out when changing shoes.

Better arch support than most shoes provide? Yes, please! These insoles increase my comfort while walking and were easy to add to my shoes. They have enough flexibility to maneuver into a pair of walking shoes prettily easily. Once inserted and adjusted, I was good to go. Over time, the supportive firmness is holding up as one would expect.

Great inserts. I have a bone spur in my left heel, and with these inserts, I don’t feel any pain, even if I’m on my feet all day.

Let me start with the worst aspect of these insoles. They are LOUD, like, very loud. I needed to buy new insoles due to my old ones that came with my shoes giving oit on me, so I bought these. Within my first day using them, I immediately noticed they make a loud squeaking sound with each step you take. My coworkers were quick to call me "Squidward" for sounding the way he walks. This is due to the gel bottom that the insoles have on the key points you step on with your heel. The sound became so loud and inbearable to me that I bought different ones that don't make a sound. With that out of the way, I have to say these are without a doubt the most comfortable insoles I've ever used. I was able to run in them and walk all day without any issues, and they still held up perfectly well. The arch support on them are amazing, and their durability feels unmatched to me so far. If they weren't so comfortable, the noise would have me rate them a flat 1 star. However, if you're in an environment that the noise wouldn't be a deal breaker or simply don't care about that (or don't mind using talc powder to minimize the noise), I couldn't recommend a better product.

I’m 75 yo and need more support than ever before. Like most other products, it’s no longer easy to find what you need in stores or to know what you’re really going to get when you order online. But these inserts are so amazing that I became giddy with delight. No, seriously! The arch support is stellar - higher and more stable than any other insert I’ve had. I wear a woman’s 8 1/2 shoe and the insert’s arch support curves my entire arch without feeling stiff or uncomfortable as I walk and without giving away under my 150 lbs. I’m also impressed that the rest of the insert is strong enough to easily slide up to the toe end of my shoes, yet flexible enough to be comfortably cut to fit (arthritis in my hands usually makes this a painful endeavor!). Looking at the quality of material and workmanship in these inserts it’s apparent they will last a long time for me. I never, ever stop to write reviews, but before I ordered a few more pairs of these inserts, I felt compelled to share my experience!!

These inserts fit perfectly into my Uggs slippers that have zero arch support on their own. They’re very cushiony and comfortable, and my feet don’t hurt anymore when I wear these slippers all day.
